loss about products, services, support and issues that affect everyday life.

The CD is posted, free of charge to anyone who is resident in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and who has a vision-impairment, but they do NOT have to be registered as 'sight-impaired' or 'severely sight-impaired'.

This service might therefore suit someone who has no direct, or indirect, access to the Internet. The monthly Despatch CD doesn't have to be returned so it can be kept for future reference.

We provide the latest edition here to download (just as it is heard on the CD) for sighted vision-impairment professionals, carers, family members and others, to whom we are unable to post the CD.

Individual items from the monthly Infosound Despatch are featured in the Infosound Select service, available on this web site. As from next month, this edition of the Despatch will be placed in our archive for reference.

COMMENT

"I enjoy listening to your mag on the computer. I find the information up to date and helpful."
Frank in Doagh Ballyclare, Co Antrim.

"I was delighted with the CD. The content was just what I have been hoping for in a talking disc and I was absolutely delighted with it. Thank you so much."

Maureen in Sedgefield.

"My copy of this month's Infosound Despatch arrived today and I have thoroughly enjoyed listening to it. I have to say that it is what has been needed for a long time. As a blind person, I feel that I am always the last one to find out about anything so it is good to have the information about so many varied and different topics all on one CD. Your readers are very clear and articulate which really helps. Please keep up the good work as it really does make such a difference to so many of us."
Paul in Eastbourne.
